Veterans in Mexico treat PTSD with substances illegal in the United States

Veterans who say traditional pharmaceuticals have failed to heal their mental scars are traveling south of the border to Mexico to use psychedelics that they say are giving them drastic results. CBS News contributor Lisa Ling reports.
