The latest episode of “The Kardashians” featured a preview of the upcoming November 16 episode. During the clip, viewers saw Khloé Kardashian inform Thompson about how her actions affect not only her, but her entire family.

“In this family, if you do something to one of us, it affects everyone,” Kardashian told Thompson.

In turn, Thompson admitted to Kardashian that he’s “in a place now” where he can “own up to the mistakes” he’s made.

As The shadow room previously reported, an earlier episode of the series showed Kourtney Kardashian admitting that seeing Thompson can make her feel “triggered.” Additionally, Kardashian explained that her 11-year-old daughter, Penelope Disick, feels the same way.

“I feel like (Penelope) gets it from me. I told him that the first day of school I was so excited about him…and I was like, ‘I can’t take this anymore,'” Kardashian recalled. “There are times when I’m so turned on by him that I can’t be with him. Then there are times when I let it go because we just want harmony. He is the father of my niece and nephew.

Thursday’s episode hints that Thompson may have gotten wind of Kourtney Kardashian’s feelings. In the next part of the preview clip, Kylie Jenner told viewers that Thompson was arriving for a sit-down session and was feeling “a little nervous.”

As the camera cut to a scene of Jenner and Thompson sitting across from each other, Thompson expressed empathy for Jenner.

“Everyone was affected a little differently, but I think you were affected the most,” Thompson told Jenner, alluding to her 2019 kissing scandal with Jenner’s former BFF Jordyn Woods. The scandal would end Jenner and Woods’ friendship for four years until the couple reconnected in July.

From there, the episode showed a glimpse of Thompson sitting one-on-one with Kourtney Kardashian.

“On a scale of 1 to 10, how scared are you?” » Kardashian is heard asking Thompson.

In a private confessional, Kardashian explained that she and Thompson were “not connected” and that she “just couldn’t pretend.” As the clip cut back to the couple’s reunion, Kardashian asked Thompson if he “feels” anything when he cheats on his sister.

Thompson responded by explaining that he “feels disgusted the next day,” to which Kardashian asked another question.

“So why are you doing this again?” Kardashian asked as Thompson looked away.
