Janelle Brown shared a new Instagram post in tribute to her late son, Garrison.

The longtime Sister Wives actress took to her social media account on Saturday to share a carousel of photos from the Nevada National Guard Ceremony who honored the 25-year-old after his suicide on March 4.

The ceremony took place Sunday at the Clark County Armory in Las Vegas.

Via this heartfelt message, Janelle included photos of soldiers folding Garrison’s funeral flag, standing at attention and presenting the flag to him as she mourned alongside her son Hunter Brown.

The montage also included snapshots of soldiers standing next to a photo of Garrison and a single pair of boots.

It’s so sad.

“It was difficult to get my brain to work properly again. I am so grateful for the outpouring of love and support I have received over the past three weeks. The support was overwhelming. I’m honored,” Janelle wrote in her caption.

The TLC personality continued as follows:

“Many of you have shared the stories of your loved ones. Many of you have shared your thoughts and prayers with us. Thank you from the heart.

“Garrison was honored by his family members and his National Guard unit last Saturday during a celebration of life ceremony. He would have loved it. »

Janelle and Kody’s son, Garrison died of a self-inflicted gunshot injured earlier this month.

According to friends of the reality TV star, Garrison had fallen into depression before his death, drinking heavily most nights.

He sent a Disturbing SMS that day before committing suicide…which prompted Janelle to contact her other children and ask them to watch Garrison.

His brother, Gabriel, volunteered to do so – then later discovered his brother’s dead body in his Flagstaff, Arizona apartment.

Once again: this is very, very sad.

Janelle concluded in her latest upload:

“I’m sharing some of the photos. Many of you have already seen many of these online, often accompanied by sarcastic comments. But it was a beautiful moment for us.

Previously, the mother of six told her fans that she had was moved to tears by their outpouring Support.

“I’m hearing about everyone’s donations to @highcountryhumane @arkcatsancutary in Garrison’s name,” Janelle wrote at the time, citing an area animal shelter.

“Thank you for all your generosity. It means so much. The cats he adopted from both agencies were very important to him. He loved being a cat dad.

Janelle attended her son’s memorial service a few weeks ago alongside Garrison’s father, Kody, his brothers Gabriel, Hunter, Logan and members of the 1st Squadron, 221st Cavalry, to which Garrison belonged.

We continue to send our best wishes to Janelle and everyone in the Brown family.

May Garrison rest in peace.
