Childhood pain and fever medications recalled due to problem with active ingredient

KinderFarms has recalled its pain and fever medications for children due to a problem with the active ingredient, acetaminophen. The Food and Drug Administration says the recalled drug could potentially cause abdominal pain and nausea.
